Are You Experiencing Social Anxiety? Are you between the ages of 18-65?
I am conducting research exploring the effectiveness of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as a therapeutic intervention for social anxiety. This research is a part of a doctoral research project at Liberty University and aims to help individuals better manage anxiety related to future social scenarios.
Why Join This Study?

Free EMDR Intervention Sessions: Participate in three short term EMDR Future Template intervention sessions aimed at alleviating social anxiety symptoms.
-
Contribute to Research: Your participation will help advance mental health research and provide information into treatments for social anxiety.
To participate, you must be between the ages of 18-65. Must be formally diagnosed or self-identified with mild to moderate social anxiety symptoms. Not currently diagnosed with severe mental health conditions (such as bipolar disorder or schizophrenia). Not currently engaged in other ongoing mental health research studies. Participants will complete a post survey of 24 questions to assess changes in social anxiety symptoms.
